Soma Cube Premium - Wooden Assembly Puzzle

This is the original Soma cube created by Danish designer Piet Hein. We have added visual appeal by using dark and light high quality hardwoods to create a checkerboard design. There are 240 different ways to make a cube but - as far as we know - only four in the checkerboard design. This stackable puzzle is well crafted, built solidly and has a beautifully simplistic look.

Soma contains 7 dark and light hardwood pieces with an illustrated insert which shows forms that can be made such as towers, arches, dogs and dragons. Soma is a 3" cube when arranged as above. Interesting Point: The shapes of the Soma puzzle are all the different ways that three or four cubes can be joined together not in a straight line.
