Keith Mallett was born in Pennsylvania, and received his formal art training at the Art Students League, and Hunter College in New York City. Keith was commissioned to design the official limited edition print commemorating the 50th anniversary of Jackie Robinson’s historic breakthrough into major league baseball. His art was chosen to grace the cover of Chicken Soup for The African American Soul, the first Chicken Soup collection to deal exclusively with the African American experience.
Great puzzles enjoyed the different shapes and sizes, a little tough, but I completed it.

I had to own this exciting piece of art! My biggest issue was loose piece fit- very annoying when even 3 pieces won’t stay together. But otherwise, I had a lot of fun piecing it together and appreciating the finished illustration. I looked up the artist,’s gorgeous art work, and the fascinating history of the Apollo. I just could not have enjoyed this puzzle more!
Surprised and happy to see an African American nostalgic puzzle. I haven't been able to find any others. I hope that you will have more to offer in the future.
I bought this as a last minute Christmas gift for my father in law, who is newly retired. From date of purchase, the process moved rather quickly, considering we're in the middle of a pandemic. The puzzle arrived on Christmas Eve (on time) and my father in law loved it!
This is my 2nd puzzle I've purchased by Keith Mallett. I like the unique cut pieces which makes it interesting. Hoping he'll have more for you to sell for Sunsout. Great puzzle.
Loved doing this puzzle and seeing the it all come together. Colors are beautiful, pieces are easy to handle and assembled very quickly. I love having this piece of black history.
