This website has a great amount of puzzles with so many selections that it was hard to make up my mind. I would have gien 5 stars, but after getting down to the last space, I realized it was missing that particular piece. Yes I checked the box really well, and my working area which is my dining room table. I was frustrating because the puzzle is no good for my project now. The instructions on the Serious Puzzles website tells you to contact the actual company the puzzle is from if there is a problem. I contacted White Mountain, even included pictures, and still have not gotten a response back. I feel like since I bought the puzzles through this website, this should be the place I contact. I bought 5 puzzles all at once from Serious Puzzles website, and there was a problem with 2 of them. This one, and the other one had broken peices. I would just like someone to reach out, make things right and give a refund for the 2. The other puzzles were great!
