My mom really liked this puzzle and would have liked to frame it but the bottom left corner edge was missing. We are very careful with puzzles and the piece was just not in the box. Sunsout has a complicated form to complete (need to be tech savvy) to hopefully have a chance to replace the missing piece puzzle so we are out of luck.
