Martine's Staff Pick: “This puzzle is so fun! The art reminds me of going to the Natural History Museum when I was a kid. My favorite room was always the Hall of Biodiversity and this puzzle brings me right back.”
Kelsey Oseid is the illustrator of our Biodiversity Puzzle. Kelsey lives in Minneapolis with her husband and their two cats. She focuses her works on natural history subjects including biodiversity and astronomy. Bugs and other insects are the hardest animals to draw because so many have intricate patterns, Kelsey says. Her favorite animals to draw are whales and sharks. Kelsey finds inspiration on nature walks around her neighborhood and visits to her local arboretum and conservatory.
Take on the extra challenge of a round puzzle! As you puzzle, learn the building blocks of biodiversity: the wide variety of organisms that make up all the life on our planet. Like a jigsaw puzzle, every organism is an integral part of a larger, vital whole. Try this puzzle and get the big picture!
