All 'non-consumable' products (in new, resellable condition) offered by us can be returned for a full refund within 365 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted (see product description).
Gift certificates are non-refundable items. Purchases of special orders, customized products, altered products, and other items noted as such are non-refundable.
For voluntary returns, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs of returned items. If we arrange your return shipping through a carrier such as UPS or Fedex for return services, there may be associated fees for your return. We will assume the return shipping costs for damaged items or items sent in error.
SeriousPuzzles.com allows exchanges as a combination of a return of your original order and the placing of a new order. Your new order can ship whether or not we receive the returned goods and your card will be charged for the new order. You will be credited for the cost of the returned goods once they are received by us.
For voluntary returns: once we receive your return, you will receive a credit for the amount of the returned merchandise, less the original cost of the shipment to you. This reduction in your credit amount pertains to all orders, even if your order was originally subject to a free shipping promotion.
We will not accept items for return if they have been damaged during the return transit. When returning your item, please arrange for any necessary parcel insurance to cover the costs of the items in the event that they are lost or damaged by the chosen carrier.
Any credits due will be applied upon receipt of the returned goods.
