How much does international shipping cost?
Special flat rates apply for Canada ($14.99) and Great Britain ($19.99). For all other international destinations, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, package size, and destination. Your rates will be shown during the checkout process.
How long does international shipping take?
Transit times vary by location. The global average delivery time is 7 days or less for most destinations. Countries close in proximity to, or common airline destinations from, the US -- including Canada, Mexico, Western Europe, Japan, and Australia -- may arrive significantly sooner, though delivery times are not guaranteed.
Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs
All international shipments must clear customs in your country, which may delay your order. You are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, and tariffs assessed by your country's customs authority. These charges are in addition to the purchase price of your order. We cannot estimate these charges in advance and are not responsible for their payment.
By placing an international order, you authorize Serious Puzzles to import the goods on your behalf, and acknowledge that we may delegate this obligation to a subcontractor such as a customs broker.
Please note: If you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has shipped, you will still be responsible for all shipping costs.
