As mentioned above, two pieces were missing from this puzzle---two pieces next to each other. WE DID NOT LOSE THEM---WE checked every possible place, including taking our garbage can apart...I sent an email trying to get the replacement parts. I got a response back saying that I should check to se if the pieces were misplaced or dropped. They weren't misplaced or dropped, we didn't receive them.
