How much do you really know about World Geography? Could you find Benin on a map? What about Monaco, that's not so hard right; what if the map was broken into pieces, with each country its own piece, and you have to reassemble the whole world map? Do you still know were Monaco goes?

The Global Puzzle can help you say yes to all of those questions and more; the Ocean sections are covered in World facts to both boost your learning experience and alleviate some of the challenge of so much blue expanse. Take on a unique jigsaw puzzle while learning World Geography like never before!

It is recommended that the black outer frame and oceans be assembled first, as they interlock like typical jigsaw pieces. After they are complete, move on to the countries/states/provinces shaped pieces which do not interlock in typical jigsaw fashion.

A picture of the fully assembled puzzle is on the back of the box. The less you rely on the picture, however, the more knowledge you will likely retain from piecing together the world map.

I purchased this with the idea of opening it and leaving the pieces in a family gathering place for my grown children and their spouses to play as they socialize during a recent visit. Before I did that, though, I got a text from my husband at about midnight that they had opened the puzzle and were working it, and was that OK with me? Yes it was! They talked and laughed and puzzled and drank wine for a couple of hours. Over the next few days, it was finished. It's a great way to give a geography lesson when it doesn't seem like a geography lesson!
